Overview
The bank is separated into the following segments: Wholesale Banking, which includes loans, deposits, and other transactions and balances with corporate customers; Retail Banking, which encompasses loans, deposits, and other transactions and balances with retail customers; and Treasury, which engages in the Bank’s funding as well as centralized risk management activities through borrowings, the issuing of debt securities, the use of derivatives for the purposes of risk management, and investing in liquid assets. The Treasury is also involved in Central Functions, which consists of the costs of all central support departments, such as finance, risk management, and operations amid others.
